| Technical Training |

| To help our customers achieve best performance from our machines, we recommend technical training courses for machine operators, which are taught by qualified Pam-Pac engineers. Training courses equip customer's operators with the knowledge of machine operations, efficient maintenance, and how to carry out troubleshooting procedures in the easiest & fastest possible way. Our experts also explain the correct use of the documentation supplied with the machine. In the very beginning of the year training schedule is finalized and we release our training calendar. Our customers can plan training of their personnel well in advance with the help of training calendar. |

| Special attention is given to the critical stations of the machine. We also run hands-on courses at customers' premises at times to be agreed with the customer. Assessment sessions are held after training to check trainee progress. Trainees who successfully complete their assessment tests are issued with an Attendance Certificate. |

| Spare parts |
|
| Pam-Pac ensures rapid delivery of any component to be replaced. A list of recommended spare parts is supplied along with the machine. Minimum inventory levels of critical spares are always maintained to ensure quick deliveries across the globe. SAP enabled process ensures lower lead times and quick replenishment to maintain critical inventory levels of spares. |

| Instruction Manuals |

| Instruction manuals for machines and attachments are provided along with the machine delivery. The manuals are developed in easy and understandable language and supported with lot of drawings and diagrams for easy understanding at all levels. |

| Electrical documentation including functional drawings, I/O tables, PLC and microprocessor cards lists are also provided. Instruction manuals are also provided on CD-ROM as an option. |
